First session
mapping the picture, we spend 60 minutes understanding your history, current challenges and goals not diagnosing, just listening and building a clear starting point together. -
Structured sessions: real work begins
Every 6–8 sessions, we step back and review what's shifted and what hasn't. Therapy should have a direction. we make sure it does. The sessions flow with addressing the unaddressed emotional experiences of the past and working on overcoming the present-day concerns.
