New Year Resolutions Workshop

Resolutions are made, acted upon for a few days or weeks and they are gone far far away from the intention set by the wise brain.

So, how about staying attuned with one's core values, appreciating and acknowledging one's quality world and taking actions by setting simple & realistic goals without being self-critical.

It was fun integrating the elements of Logotherapy, Choice Theory and Self compassion. It was even more interesting to witness how everybody shared a similar space right from the initial sharing of their experiences with working on resolutions the challenges, the speed breakers, the accomplishments, their internal self-talk creating a non-judgemental, compassionate and cohesive space for and with each other.

I'm grateful to Bracing Emotions for giving me this opportunity to facilitate a space creating purpose driven resolutions for oneself. To live a meaningful life forever.
